Shipping & Delivery
We can ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  While checking out you can select the option that you prefer and best suits your budget.  As always, feel free to email us at sales-support@flypilot.com if you have any special shipping requests.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is very important to us.  We will never sell your information without your express approval.
Returns & Replacements
We stand by all of our products.  All sales have a 30 return policy.  If you have ANY problems with your purchase withing 30 of receiving it, contact us and we can arrange for an RMA.  If you find the product does not meet your desire, or doesn't fit we will gladly refund or replace the product without a stocking charge, simply contact us at sale-support@flypilot.com within 30 days of receipt and we'll provide you with shipping instructions.
Ordering
Orders placed online are normally filled within 24 hours.  You will receive an email with full shipping information as well as a receipt once your order is placed and shipped. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our primary form of payment is via Google and Paypal (which you can use any major credit card or even link to your checking account).  If you prefer you can mail us a check as well.  There are no rainchecks on promotions and we reserve the right to change pricing without notice at any time.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Viewing Orders
Once your order is placed you will be able to view the order status from your account on flypilot.com.
Updating Account Information
We encourage our customer to keep their information up to date and current to prevent shipping delays.
